Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online experience sought for a local company in the Beaumont area. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate!
The main job duties of this position include entering information into QuickBooks, running reports, payables and receivables, issuing payments to vendors, payroll processing, general budgeting and reviews as well as any additional bookkeeping duties assigned.
Interested candidates must have a minimum of 3 recent years’ experience with QuickBooks. Candidate must know how to navigate within QuickBooks as well as locate reports and specific location for information to be entered as needed. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment, detail oriented, and can multitask as well as meet deadlines and have strong, excellent customer service. Candidate must have strong computer skills in addition to QuickBooks including Excel, Word, etc.
