CPA firm in the Winnie area currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist with daily functions of office. Seasonal/Temporary Opportunity.
Job duties will include answering phones, receiving information, passing information along, greeting and working with any Clients/vistors coming into the office, data entry/inputting of information, as well as working in various software programs. May be assigned other duties as needed.
Interested candidate needs to be proficient with use of computer and programs including Microsoft Office, Adobe, industry specific programs as this office is completely electronically based. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must as this is a Client orientated position. Candidate must have strong attention to detail, ability to multi task, and be capable of working under deadlines.
