Family-owned Service Company in Mid County seeking an Administrative Assistant.
Job duties include answering and directing calls, taking detailed messages, greeting all incoming guests, and assisting them upon arrival. General clerical duties and any other duties as requested by supervisor.
Interested candidates must have one year of previous customer service experience and general office experience in the same or a similar position. Must be organized, detail-oriented, a multitasker, and friendly. Experience with Word and Excel is required, and previous experience with QuickBooks is a plus (training will be provided on QuickBooks if needed).
