Experienced Accountant sought for a position at an Accounting Firm in Mid County.
Interested candidates must possess a 4-year accounting degree. The client would prefer to have a minimum of 2 years of previous public accounting experience including experience with payroll and be proficient with Quickbooks but is open to training the right person.
Responsibilities will include performing accounting and tax services; preparing, analyzing, and reviewing financial statements; perform and/or oversee accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, and sales tax; bookkeeping, taxes, and financial planning; monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness; prepare and review expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents; any other job duties as assigned.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right person and pay will depend on experience.
