Athletics Custodian
A service company in Bridge City is hiring full-time Athletics Custodian for a full time position. This position offers temp to hire opportunities!
The Athletics custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the building, equipment facilities and site. Job duties will include maintaining the cleanliness of the offices, conference rooms, kitchen, locker rooms and restrooms etc., floor care (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, etc.), dusting of areas, window cleaning, and removal of trash from the different areas. Additional duties will include setting up and arranging equipment/tables/chairs for special events and daily use, assisting with maintaining inventory of all cleaning supplies, equipment and making requests for replenishment as needed in addition to general laundry duties and groundskeeping (weed eating, picking up trash, etc.). May also perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, filters, open and closing of facility (locking doors, checking entrances/exits and securing facility, etc.) or reporting any damages.
Interested candidates should have prior experience in similar roles, but training is available to those interested and capable of performing the required duties.
PAY: $10.15 per hour
SCHEDULE: Summer Schedule is 6am – 2:30pm Monday through Friday, School year schedule is 2:30pm – 11pm Monday through Friday
