Property Inspector
We are hiring for a Residential Property Inspector in Beaumont. This is a temp to hire position for the right person!
Duties are included but not limited to initial and final residential inspections, Housing Authority inspections, Pest Control inspections and evaluations, and Occupied Rental inspections. Will also be responsible for labor and repair estimates and timelines, review, rate and photograph units for record keeping and determination of remodel/update eligibility based on set criteria.
The ideal candidate will need to have basic construction and remodel knowledge. Must have a clean driving record, reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Bilingual is a plus. Schedule is Monday through Friday and pay will be determined based on work experience and knowledge. On the job training can be provided for the right person if meeting the basic requirements.
