Industrial company in the Sulphur, LA area seeing an Administrative Assistant.
Job duties will mainly include answering incoming calls, scanning documents, invoicing, accepting customer orders as well as following through with orders (from taking the order to shipping of order on time then invoicing).
Interested candidate must have a minimum of 1 years previous experience in the same or similar position as well as be proficient with data entry and 10 key. Candidate must have great phone etiquette, proficient math skills, strong customer service skills, and ability to work in a computer. Candidate needs to have a positive attitude with great customer service skills as well as have dependable transportation and be able to report to work on time each day.
Must be flexible to work 7:30am to 4pm and overtime as needed. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person!
