Apartment complex in Port Arthur area is seeking a housekeeper . This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person.

Responsibilities will include housekeeping and janitorial duties of community rooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, and vacant apartments. Duties include general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, taking out & picking up trash around premise and in units, dusting, vacuuming, and deep cleaning of certain areas, such as restrooms, kitchens, high traffic areas and common areas.

Must be comfortable working in various conditions, with the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs unassisted, climb stairs and bend/stoop as needed to perform the work duties.

Interested candidates need to be detail oriented, able to manage time well and dependable. One year of housekeeping experience is required, preferably in the same industry.

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

PAY: $12/$13 per hour DOE

DRESS CODE: Jeans/Pants/Scrubs, solid t-shirt, safety vest and appropriate work shoes (tennis shoes are acceptable.)
