Location: Beaumont, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour (DOE)
Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time

Position Summary

A local warehouse supply company in Beaumont is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate for a long-term opportunity. This position offers stability and room for growth within the company for the right candidate.

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, distributing, and storing materials, tools, and products, while ensuring accuracy, organization, and safety in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping and receiving: unload trucks, check in and verify materials
Handle purchase and sales order paperwork; match orders to shipments
Pull orders, handle materials, restock, and manage inventory control
Track and log shipments and product distribution
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Operate forklifts or other equipment for unloading and material transfers (training available if not certified)
Assist with additional warehouse duties as directed by the onsite supervisor

Requirements

1–2 years of warehouse experience required
High School Diploma or GED required
Basic computer and math skills
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and solid time management skills
Forklift certification preferred (trainable if not currently certified)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and occasionally up to 100 lbs with help
Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
Valid driver’s license preferred (growth and promotion potential)
