Networking/Technology company in the Mid County area seeking a Network Technician. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person.

Job duties include providing tech support to customers and clients to resolve any issues they may encounter both remotely, and in-person. Network installations, connectivity, configurations, and set-ups. You must be able to perform all of the duties remotely and onsite.

This position requires extensive experience with firewalls, Fortinet experience would be a plus! Must also have 3-5 years of general technical support and resolution experience and possess an Associates Degree or higher in an IT related field.

Must have good communication skills both verbal, written, and in-person, along with excellent customer support skills. Must be professional in appearance, have good interpersonal skills, and be able to work with a range of clients, team members, and executives.

All interested candidates must have the ability to learn new skills, the willingness to train, and the capability to adapt to new strategies and teachings to continue developing professional expertise in IT Solutions and Networking.

Clean background and drug screen are required.
