MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Local Property Investment Company in the Beaumont area currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person with a Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm schedule. Pay will DOE.
The main job duties will include the coordination and overseeing of all maintenance, repairs, and transitions required at the rental properties. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the Maintenance Techs and vendors/SubContractors to complete maintenance needs. Also responsible for completing and issuing all billing invoices in an accurate and timely manner, completing data entry, reports, and ensuring timelines are maintained. General clerical and office duties required as well.
Interested candidates must have great customer and client care skills, verbal and written communication skills, general computer skills, and the ability to learn industry-specific software. Must have the ability to multi-task and oversee numerous projects at one time. Attention to detail, leadership, and time management skills are necessary as well as the ability to coordinate and prioritize projects and assignments.
High School diploma or equivalent is required, must have 1-2 years of experience in the same or similar field of Property Management Maintenance and Construction and be Bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written. Clean background, drug screen, and valid driver’s license are required.
