Local Property Management company in Beaumont seeking an Office Assistant. This is a fulltime temp to hire position for the right person!

Main job duties will include answering phones, transferring calls and taking messages; scheduling work orders and coordinating with the maintenance team; and all general clerical duties within the office as well as any other job duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent customer service skills, exceptional communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented. Must have basic computer experience using MS Office (Word, etc.). Prefer two years previous experience in Property Industry or similar work environment but willing to train the right person. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
