YARD HAND/GENERAL LABORER
Marine Service company in the Mid County area seeking a yard hand/general laborer. Job will require laborers to clean engine room of barges as well as engine, scrub and clean decks. Barges are docked on land. May be required to do other general labor work as well such as loading and unloading, groundskeeping and work in the shop as a helper, etc.
Requirements: Interested candidates must be dependable, hardworking, and not mind doing physical work. Some previous shop experience is a plus, but flexible to train, if willing to learn. TWICÂ is required, ISTC is preferred but assistance can be provided to obtain.
SCHEDULE – 7am – 3:30pm – half hour lunch daily – M/F
PAY – $15-18 DOE
DRESS CODE – Work Clothes, steel toed boots and safety PPE issued by the company.
