Local Insurance company seeking to fill an Inside Sales position. This position is an entry level position and a great opportunity for the right candidate!

All interested candidates must be outgoing, friendly and professional in demeanor. Must be dependable, able and willing to learn the business, customer service inclined, and have some computer experience. Would prefer someone with previous experience in the same or a similar position, but willing to train the right person.
Job duties include greeting customers, assisting with customer needs and requests, building a relationship with customers to learn and understand their needs, marketing of services and products, calling on prospective leads and cold calling.
This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the Insurance Field and offers training with room to grow and develop with the company.
All interested candidates must be willing to get their State of Texas Property and Casualty Licensing during their temp to hire status to be considered long term for this position.
PAY: $10-12 per hour
SCHEDULE: 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday
REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain State of Texas P&C Licensing, Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
