A local property management firm in the Golden Triangle is looking for a Regional Manager. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position for the right candidate.

The Regional Manager will work with the Director to oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of market rate properties. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance property value, improve tenant satisfaction, and maximize financial returns. The focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities will involve implementing strategies to increase efficiency, being available after hours to reach a broader tenant base, and providing support to site managers to ensure operational goals are met. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for managing the yearly budget, reviewing financial reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, and creating necessary reports for corporate review. Furthermore, the manager will identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Marketing strategies for tenant retention and occupancy, risk management, and compliance with laws and regulations will also be critical aspects of the role.

Please make a note of the following job requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field is preferred. Additionally, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Property Management, including demonstrated expertise in Team Leading and multi-site Management. Proficiency with Yardi, Onesite, and GSuite is necessary. Experience with centralization practices and technology adoption is also required.

The Regional Manager should possess a proactive attitude, be decisive, and adept at problem-solving to achieve organizational objectives.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Travel is required throughout the Golden Triangle area.

Schedule – Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Pay will depend on experience in the range of $40-50,000 annual salary, with opportunities to grow with the company once hired on permanently. Benefits are offered once hired on.
