Construction Company in the Mid County area seeking a Receptionist. This is starting as a temporary position however could possibly turn into a long term position for the right candidate.
Job duties will include answering incoming calls, transferring calls and/or taking a detailed message, greeting any visitors, drafting of correspondence, as well as scheduling appointments, and maintaining files. Will also be responsible for assisting other departments when needed, and any other duties as assigned.
Interested candidates must have previous clerical experience as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must as well as ability to work with all office machinery.
