Office Clerk

Local Furniture Company with offices in Beaumont and Mid County seeking an Office Clerk. This is a great long-term opportunity for the right person!
Job duties will include answering phones, taking messages, processing incoming/outgoing mail, handling customer inquiries regarding purchases, protection plans and general customer service needs. Will also be responsible for handling delivery scheduling, ticket writing, tracking and adjustments as needed. Other duties will include open and closing procedures, processing cash and credit payments, transaction reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) and invoicing, customer finance application processing and verifications. May have additional duties assigned by Supervisor.
Interested candidates must have general clerical skills (copy, scan, faxing, etc.), customer service, general computer skills and experience with Excel and Word. Previous experience with Accounting or Finance is a plus but not a must.
