Local Company in Mid County area seeking an Office Assistant to assist with general clerical and receptionist duties.
Job duties will include customer service, answering phones, taking messages, accepting payments (cash, credit, and check payments), data entry, issuing receipts, and maintaining customer files and verifying information. General clerical duties would include making copies, creating files, filing, emailing, and scanning in information as needed. May have additional job duties assigned by Supervisor.
Interested candidates must have 2 years of experience within a general clerical setting, such as receptionist, front desk clerk, or customer service agent. Must have previous experience working with computers and the ability to learn industry-specific software. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to catch on quickly.
