Local apartment complex in the Port Arthur area currently seeking an Office Assistant for a temporary assignment.
Main job duties will include answering phones, accepting paperwork, etc. and greeting any incoming guest to the office. Will also be responsible for all general clerical duties within office as well as any other job duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent customer service skills, exceptional communication skills, and be detailed oriented. Must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn industry specific software. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is mandatory.
