Maintenance/Grounds Keeper
MAINTENANCE/GROUNDSKEEPER
General Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper needed for apartment complexes located in Port Arthur and Beaumont area.
Job duties will include all general maintenance work including light repair work, painting, carpentry work, grounds keeping, cleaning of units, and any other job duties as requested.
Interested candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years previous experience in the same or similar type position. Candidate must be able and willing to complete the job task as requested and required.
