Local Real Estate Company in Mid County seeking a Part time Listing Coordinator to join their TEAM. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person!
Job responsibilities will include overseeing all listing information, completing data entry into various listing engines and social media postings, while overseeing the office daily. Additional responsibilities may include creating Ad postings, Word documents and general clerical duties.
Interested candidates must have excellent computer skills and experience working with various social media platforms. Candidates must be proficient with MS Word, Adobe and all around tech-savvy. The right candidate for this opportunity will be organized, outgoing, detail-oriented and able to work independently with little to no supervision while accomplishing assigned tasks. Must be reliable and have your own transportation. Real estate experience is not required.
This is a part time position with a schedule of 1pm – 5pm Monday through Friday with long term potential.
