The job duties of this HR Assistant position include but are not limited to reviewing, processing, and screening new applicants; reference checks; assisting employees with any needs including schedule change, callouts, etc.; assisting with staffing for open positions; recruiting for open positions; extending job offers; posting job openings on media and social media outlets; data entry. Other job duties may include basic administrative tasks to assist other staff with their daily activities.
The Client is willing to train the right candidate for this position however candidate should have a minimum of 6 months-1-year previous clerical experience. This is a fast-paced position so candidates must be able to manage time effectively, work well under pressure, and be able to meet deadlines and needs of the Company. Candidates must have previous typing/data entry skills as well as have basic computer knowledge and ability to learn industry-specific software; excellent communication skills both verbal and written; and be able to work closely with other staff members.
