GROUNDS KEEPING/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Property Management Company in Golden Triangle seeking a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician for properties in Orange area.
The main job duties will include grounds keeping, trash pick-up, cleaning of unit as needed, unit repairs, completing work orders, make readies and any other work as designated by an on-site supervisor.
Interested candidates should have at least 2 years of experience with grounds keeping and property maintenance with job duties similar to the ones listed. Candidate must be dependable, able to work as scheduled Monday through Friday, daytime hours, and be available for occasional overtime.
Valid driver’s license is preferred and reliable transportation is required.
HVAC certification is a PLUS, but not mandatory.
Must have your own tools (hammer, drill, screwdriver, etc.).
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
Pay $15 – $19 per hour DOE
