Location: Port Arthur, TX
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

  • Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time

Position Summary

A property in Port Arthur is seeking a dependable General Laborer/Maintenance worker to assist with cleaning vacant units, general labor tasks, and supporting maintenance staff in preparing units for move-in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean vacant units using basic cleaning products

  • Remove trash, clothing, and debris from vacant units

  • Pick up trash and small debris around the property

  • Assist maintenance staff with unit preparation

  • Perform general labor duties as assigned

  • Work outdoors in various weather and temperature conditions

  • Occasionally work at different sites throughout the day as assigned

Requirements

  • Physically able to lift and perform general labor tasks

  • Willing to complete all assigned duties

  • Ability to work outdoors without restrictions

  • Valid driver’s license required or ability to obtain within 60 days

  • Must have reliable personal transportation for travel between job sites

  • Dependable and able to follow instructions
