Local service company in the Mid-County area is seeking a Bookkeeper. This is a great long-term opportunity for the right person!

Job duties will include but are not limited to accounts payable and receivable, payroll for over 100 employees, invoicing, end of year reports, 9-41’s, and reconciling. Job duties will also consist of timekeeping, creating bids, answering phones, and email communication with clients.

The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment. Word, Excel and QuickBooks knowledge is required. Must be able to multitask, work independently, and be dependable. A minimum of 3 years experience is required in the same role, a four year degree in accounting is preferred but experience may be considered as equivalent.
