Front Office Receptionist

Local Medical office in the Mid County/Port Arthur area seeking Receptionist for their front office. Job duties will include answering multi line phone system, assisting callers by either transferring calls to appropriate department and/or taking a detailed message; scheduling and tracking of various appointments, greeting any incoming visitors to the office; data entry; any other job duties as assigned.

Interested candidates must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working in the same or in a similar position. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written), experience with Microsoft Word/Google Documents is a must, strong attention to detail, dependable, and have strong organizational skills. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
