Local Property Management Company in the Port Arthur area seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person.
Job duties will include but are not limited to coordinating calendars and agendas (meetings, appointments, conference calls, meetings, etc.); reviewing and researching information (verifying all information is included, obtain missing information if needed, etc.); maintaining business and confidential files; handle all mail correspondence and request (email and postal mail); assist in office as needed; any other job duties as requested.
Interested candidate must be a self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision. Candidate must be able to adapt to the needs of the day, work well and keep up in fast paced environment, and be able to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of company. Candidate needs to have strong communication skills, be professional in communication (verbal and written)be familiar with basic computer programming, (MS Office, Access, etc.) with the ability to learn Industry Specific Software and have a strong desire to work. Candidate needs to be able to stay focused, stay on task, and complete task at hand with no issues. Interested candidates must have completed a high school diploma or equivalent.
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
PAY: $ 14 per hour
Valid drivers license is required.
