Industrial company in the Beaumont area seeking Asset Administrative Assistant. This position will start on a temporary basis but has the potential to grow into a long term permanent position.
Job duties will include but are not limited to locating and gathering information and data from equipment from various shops within the Client’s location.
Interested candidate MUST have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working with data entry and excel spreadsheets and must be proficient with both. Candidate must also have basic computer skills and ability to train on industry specific programs the Company uses. Candidate must be dependable and punctual as well as have excellent communication skills.
HOURS: Mon-Thurs 730a-430p. Friday 730a-1130a.
DRESS: PPE (Steel toed boots) Pants, shirt, etc.
Valid driver’s license is required.
