Industrial company in the Mid County area seeking an Administrative Assistant for a possible temp to hire position.
Job duties will include answering phones, assisting incoming guest to the facility, data entry, filing, preparation of paperwork, maintaining documentation accurately. Will also be responsible for maintaining relations between company and vendors as well as assisting with accounting department from time to time.
Interested candidates must have a minimum of one year previous experience in the clerical field. Previous experience is a plus. Interested candidate must be proficient with computers (specifically Microsoft Office) and have the ability to train on industry specific software.
Hours for this position will be Monday through Friday from 8a-5p with a one hour for lunch and will eventually include working a few hours every other weekend in order to process specific paperwork.
