Service Company in Port Arthur seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person!
Job duties include answering the phone, taking messages, sending emails, filing, and general clerical. Additional job duties will include billing, AR, AP, and any other duties needed as assigned.
Interested candidates must have 2 years previous experience, strong attention to detail, be comfortable and confident in a fast paced environment and be able to work independently. Computer skills needed include extensive experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and ability to learn Industry Specific Software quickly.
