Transportation company in Beaumont seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person, it is starting off part time with potential for fulltime!
Job duties include answering the phone, taking messages, sending emails, filing, and dispatching. Additional job duties will include billing, AR, AP, Payroll and and other duties needed as assigned.
Interested candidates must have 2 years previous experience, strong attention to detail, computer savvy, be comfortable and confident in a fast paced environment and be able to work independently. QuickBooks and experience with ADP payroll is required.
