Local Non-Profit organization in Beaumont seeking an Administrative Assistant.

Job duties will include answering and screening phone calls, taking accurate and detailed messages as well as greeting and directing all guests upon entrance to the facility. Will be handling all incoming mail and preparation of all outgoing mail, monitoring, and tracking of all donations, reporting of all donations to Director and processing and recording of all deposits for any monies received. Assisting with scheduling travel arrangements, committee meetings, special events and maintaining all financial records for all expenditures including debit card transactions. May be assigned additional duties by onsite supervisor.

Interested candidates need to have a minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar environment and the ability to use computer programs such as MS office, Excel and basic computer use.
