Local apartment complex in the Port Arthur area currently seeking a Marketing & Leasing Specialist. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right person!
Main job duties will include assisting with and completing apartment rental, move-in, and renewal agreements, presenting apartment units to potential residents, and assisting current residents with any needs they may have. Accepting and collecting payments, daily deposits, and issuing receipts. In addition will also be responsible for all marketing, community involvement and events. Will require general clerical duties as well as any other job responsibilities as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent customer service skills, collections experience, exceptional communication skills, and be detailed oriented. Must have advanced computer skills and the ability to learn industry specific software. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is mandatory. Prefer two years previous experience in Property Leasing or similar work environment as well as marketing knowledge & experience.
PAY: $18-$20 per hour DOE
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, alternating Saturdays 10am to 4pm.
Valid drivers license is required.
