Office Manager needed for service company in the Mid County area. This is a long term, temp to hire position for the right person!

Job duties will include but are not limited to overseeing daily functions of the office and office staff, payroll, accounts payables, accounts receivables, bank/ledger reconciliations, taxes, etc. Majority of the work will be with QuickBooks Online but will also work with other industry specific programs as well.

Interested candidate must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience with Payroll and Accounting. Previous experience as an office manager preferred. Candidate must be proficient with QuickBooks online as well as proficient with other computer skills as well as have ability to learn industry specific software. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills as well as excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Candidate needs to be able to work closely with upper management and provide reports, updates, etc.
