Job duties will primarily include grounds keeping, pool cleaning, general office cleaning, and occasional make-readies. Will also be required to fulfill work orders and complete general maintenance tasks needed throughout the complex to assist the maintenance department. These duties may include changing out electrical outlets and replacing fixtures, minor plumbing, troubleshooting appliances and HVAC systems, and any additional needs that may arise.

Interested candidates must have the ability to lift 50lbs unassisted, work well as a team player and be able to work with little to no supervision at times. Previous experience in maintenance is mandatory with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Must have own tools, reliable transportation and valid driver’s license is required.
