ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

A local company in the Mid County/Port Arthur area seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for their office.

Job duties will include answering a multi-line phone system, assisting callers by either transferring calls to the appropriate department and/or taking a detailed message scheduling, data entry, and any other job duties as assigned.

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written), experience with Microsoft Word is required, strong attention to detail, dependability, and have strong organizational skills.

This position will start on a temporary basis part-time Monday through Thursday afternoon and some Friday afternoons. This position has the possibility to become a long term opportunity for the right person.
