Receptionist/Office Assistant needed for service company in the Mid County area.
Job duties will include answering incoming calls and either assisting callers or transferring caller to the right department or taking a detailed message; greeting and assisting incoming visitors; data entry; assisting in other departments as needed.
Interested candidates should have basic computer skills and proficient typing/data entry skills. Previous clerical experience is a plus but not a must as the Client is willing to train the right candidate. Candidate should have great customer service skills; a positive, upbeat personality; and work well as a team player. Candidate must be willing to train and take on tasks as needed and be willing to learn the position and Company’s requirements/procedures.
