PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Apartment complex in the Port Arthur area currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician.
Job duties will include but are not limited to troubleshooting issues within units (leaks, etc.); residential painting, basic plumbing repair work (backed up toilets, faucet leaks, faucet replacements, etc.); light electrical (replacing bulbs, changing out fixtures, etc.); and light carpentry work including sheet rock repair work. Will also be responsible for maintaining grounds of complex (picking up and disposing of trash on site, possible lawn care) and any other job duties as requested by property management.
Interested candidate must have previous experience in the same or similar type of position as well as be able to work with all hand/power tools. Must have at least two years previous experience.
