Process Technician
Process Technician sought for Process and Finish Department of production company located in the Beaumont area.
The candidate must work to understand the inspection, repair, and preparation for shipment of Client products and technologies in order to provide the customer a product of highest quality. Responsibilities will also include learning to recognize all products produced by Client and how to inspect, repair, and care for them; lean proprietary technologies, process and workplace policies to achieve organizational objectives; engage and assist with all yard work assignments; analyze and control the quality of processes involved in bringing products to a state that can be used by our customers for their production purposes; contribute daily to the quality process; any other duties as defined by manager.
Interested candidate must have a good understanding of basic math and writing skills and must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers. Candidate must be able to stand and work in adverse conditions (outside in all types of weather or inside a manufacturing environment) for a minimum of 8 hours. Candidate must be able to use simple measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, etc.) as well as do extensive bending, walking, stooping, and moderate to heaving lifting.
