Office Assistant needed for a cemetery in the Mid County/Port Arthur area to assist with an upcoming project.
The job duties of this position will include all aspects of office work including answering phones, handling and organizing paperwork, locating files/missing information, researching in order to locate missing information, filing, copying, etc. Candidate will be responsible for, from time to time, greeting incoming guest to the facility and assisting the best way possible. All general clerical duties.
Interested candidate must have a minimum one year previous clerical experience. Excellent customer services skills preferred. Candidate must be comfortable working with/around families visiting the facility.
Hours will be Monday through Friday 9a-4p however some weeks may be slower than others which the hours will be reduced. This position is expected to last through the end of the year.
