FIELD SUPERVISOR
Local Industrial Service company seeking a motivated team player to fill a Field Supervisor position. This is a project position, but could turn in to long term opportunities for the right person.
Job duties will include but are not limited to overseeing a crew of 8-15 workers; managing daily activities and production; maintaining materials and inventory to ensure ability to perform job duties as required. Will also be responsible for ensuring safe work practices are followed and all employees are properly equipped with PPE and trained. Will coordinate all activities and schedules with Plant staff, including supervisors, project managers and safety team. Will be required to maintain records of work performed, issue reports to the main office and handle correspondence between company and plant. Must have previous experience working in Plant/Refinery environment as well as experience with blasting, painting and maintenance duties.
Interested candidates must have at least 3-5 years experience in the same or similar position as well as have great team working skills, be very detail oriented, and have great communication skills (both verbally and written). General computer experience with the ability to train and learn on industry specific software needed as well. High school Diploma or GED required.
Must be able to work 7/12’s, including weekends and holidays if needed. Valid driver’s license, current TWIC card and ISTC basic, however ISTC can be obtained through Client.
