Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime may be required; extended hours may be needed based on delivery schedule)

Position Summary
A local lumber yard is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver/General Laborer for a long-term opportunity. This position works as part of a two-person delivery team, partnering with another driver to complete daily routes. Both team members will assist with loading and unloading materials, providing excellent customer service, and handling basic sales and payment collection during deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside another driver to complete daily delivery routes
- Load and unload delivery trucks (manually and/or with forklift assistance)
- Deliver materials to customer locations and safely offload products
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
- Assist with collecting payments and handling invoices when required
- Support warehouse operations, including pulling and preparing orders
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean driving record required
- Current DOT Medical Card preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience required
- Prior warehouse experience, including forklift operation, required
- Physically able to load and unload materials
- Responsible, dependable, and safety-minded
- Ability to handle invoices, payments, and basic paperwork

- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime may be required; extended hours may be needed based on delivery demands
- 1-hour lunch break
- Starting pay: $18/hour DOE
