Location: Bridge City, TX
Shift: Evening Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $10.15 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Position Summary

A local service company in Bridge City is seeking dependable and hardworking Custodians and Janitors to join their growing team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities

Clean offices, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Perform floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping
Dust surfaces, clean windows, and empty trash receptacles
Set up and arrange tables and chairs for daily use and events
Perform light groundskeeping (e.g., trash pickup, weed eating)
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies; notify supervisor when low
Perform light maintenance (change light bulbs, filters, report damages)
Lock and secure the facility as needed

Requirements

Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred (willing to train the right candidates)
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team

Dress Code

Jeans or work pants
Solid-colored shirts (plain T-shirt or polo)
Closed-toe shoes
Spirit shirts allowed on Tuesdays and Fridays
