Industrial company in the Mid County area seeking an Administrative Assistant for a possible temp to hire position.
Job duties will include answering phones, assisting incoming guest to the facility, scheduling, data entry, filing, preparation of paperwork, maintaining documentation accurately.
Interested candidates must have a minimum of one year previous experience in the clerical field. Previous experience is a plus. Interested candidate must be proficient with computers (specifically Microsoft Office) and have the ability to train on industry specific software, with strong customer service skills.
