Local Industrial company in Mid County seeking an Admin & HSE Assistant for a full time, temp to hire opportunity. This is a great long-term position for the right person!
Job description includes general clerical duties, data entry, reporting, customer and vendor relations, account set-ups for new vendors, PO entry & updates, distribution of mail, FedEx & UPS labels/shipping, scheduling ISTC classes, provide support to the AP/AR when needed, including preparing PO’s, data entry and invoice coding. Manifest sorting, document scanning and filing. Additional duties will include proofing and formatting of training and compliance documents, providing tech support for Onsite personnel and copier maintenance.
Interested candidates must be professional in presentation and communications, have great computer skills, extreme attention to details, hardworking, and a team player.
Training will be provided on specific company policies and procedures. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of previous administrative/clerical experience and a high school diploma. A valid driver’s license is required.
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
PAY: $15-20 per hour DOE
DRESSCODE: Casual environment and jeans are okay.
