Production and manufacturing company in the Beaumont area currently seeking to fill the position of Electronic Maintenance Technician.
Job duties will include but are not limited to trouble shooting and repairing electrical components of CNC machines, welding equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, mobile equipment, vehicles, hoist, power hand tools, and building electrical.
Interested candidates must have a minimum of 1.5 years electrical maintenance experience as well as have the ability to perform electrical construction and troubleshooting from wiring schematics. Knowledge of 110 single phase, 220 single phase and three past, and 440 voltage principles. Candidate must be able to read and interpret documents such as schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The ability use various electronic test equipment and extensive knowledge of machine tools is also needed along with ability to drive various vehicles as required to perform assignments
Duties will also include building and grounds work which will include developing cause/effect/prevention troubleshooting/repair techniques; implement, monitor, and participate in the preventative maintenance program; monitor and maintain an adequate spare parts inventory; use resources in a cost efficient manner; other duties as assigned by Maintenance manager.
Experience with G&L Machinery, In-Situ, ESAB, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Eurotherm, Lincoln, Miller is a plus!
