A local production facility in Beaumont is seeking a part time Front Counter Associate. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate with room to grow in to a full time position.
Job responsibilities include customer service, answering phones, transferring calls, processing sales transactions, maintaining the front counter (stocking, tidying the area, etc.), providing product information, handling complaints, assisting with inventory, preparing sales reports, supply orders, and performing administrative tasks as assigned. Additional duties will include handling online orders, pulling products, prepping & packaging products for shipping, creating invoices and shipping labels, and scheduling pick-ups for packages. May have additional duties assigned by management.
Interested applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales and a friendly and professional demeanor. Additional skills and experience needed include strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic math and computer skills, cash handling and general office skills.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 10am – 2pm
Pay: $10 – $12 per hour DOE
Dress Code: Business Casual
