Inventory Coordinator
Inventory Coordinator needed for fast past manufacturing plant in the Beaumont area. This is a great opportunity and a possible temp to hire position for the right person!
This position will serve as the control point for all incoming and outgoing inventory. The main job duties of this position are to control inventory by adding and/or removing goods and products from the shelves as needed for work and sales order but will also be responsible for filling warehouse request as delivered. This position will also be required to maintain documentation including quantity, part numbers, etc. as well as documenting PO and quantity on all orders when pulled and shipped or assembled. Employee will be responsible for reporting any discrepancies or shortages to the manager; stocking inventory as delivered; managing all work orders in respect to supply; performing routine inventory counts. Employee will be responsible for organizing and maintaining organization of shelves as well as maintaining a clean work area as well as any other duties as assigned by manager.
Interested candidate must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working with inventory in an industrial warehouse setting as well as have experience operating a forklift. Shipping and receiving experience a plus. Basic computer skills are required. Candidate must have PPE as it will be required for this position.
