Location: Mid County, TX
Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time (hours to be discussed)

Position Summary

A service company in the Mid County area is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to support daily office operations while an employee is out on leave. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist callers, transfer calls, or take detailed messages

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally

  • Perform data entry and basic clerical duties

  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed


Requirements

  • Basic computer skills

  • Proficient typing and data entry skills

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Positive, upbeat attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Willingness to train, learn new tasks, and follow company procedures

  • Previous clerical or office experience is a plus but not required (client willing to train)
