Painter / Maintenance Technician
Position: Temp-to-Hire Painter / Maintenance Technician
Location: Port Arthur, TX
Pay: $14 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to assist with general maintenance, painting and property upkeep in Port Arthur. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours.
Job Duties Include:

Cleaning and preparing vacant units for move-in according to policy

Removing trash, debris, clothing, and other items from vacant units

Performing light groundskeeping and exterior maintenance (trash pickup, debris removal, etc.)

Assisting maintenance staff with repairs and unit preparations

Painting interior units and common areas as needed — 6+ years of experience in residential or apartment maintenance painting is preferred

Lifting, moving, and carrying materials or equipment as needed
Requirements:

Must be able and willing to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Prior experience in apartment maintenance and/or residential painting is a strong plus
