Schedule

Rotating Shifts: 4 On / 4 Off
12-Hour Shifts:

9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed. Overtime may be required.

Position Summary

A local marine company in Mid County is seeking General Laborers to join their team. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who are eager to work in a physically active, outdoor environment and gain experience in the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities

Perform yard maintenance duties including painting, mowing, weed eating, and trash/debris removal
Move and organize materials throughout the yard
Assist with dock work including tying off ships/barges and handling cargo
Support shop operations as needed
Follow safety protocols and complete tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to perform physically demanding tasks
Must have a current TWIC card (receipt not accepted)
PPE required (hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, etc.)
ISTC certification preferred but not required (client will assist with any classes required)
Prior marine industry experience is a plus but not required
Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
